    Jury and Matthews were to have entitlements to 3.33M and 1.66M shares respectively if they secured funding by 30 Sept 2012, after which time these entitlements would lapse. They are seeking shareholder support to extend the vesting period by nine months.

    Seems like a sensible thing to do to me but amending vesting timetables is generally "on the nose" with some shareholder groups.
