Incentives are there for a reason. We have all had to suffer due to the delays and I suggest that the incentives should lapse. They can feel free to come back and request new incentives to do with mining etc. but I think it is a bit rich to ask for an extension because they couldn't deliver. Do you believe that if the incentives are not granted then it will in any way reduce their motivation to obtain funding?
