As so eloquently written in the voting proxy, (and of note as received the same tranche of retention and performance over the last two years) he needs these shares in addition to his salary to be aligned with shareholders...

Man that sh** drives me nuts. If his "pittance" of a salary has not incentivized him to do the job then he should leave of his own accord. I don't mind performance rights, as long as it reflects the performance. all the share price has done in the last 3 years has dropped. THis should be reflected in the amount he feels he is due.
