Wonder if there are any get out clauses? We'll soon find out. Amazed really, if the share price can't be pushed higher with positive announcements or otherwise why Patterson's would take this on as underwriter. These sort of decisions might explain why Paterson's revenues dropped 28% and suffered a $5mill loss for the year.
