    re: Ann: Notice of Annual General Meeting/Pro... After receiving the 4 items for resolution, I strongly urge all with this stock to read the info carefully. One of the items proposes to issue more shares (which will dilute everyone's holdings)...the other calls for an amendment to the constitution... DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH and make sure you either attend the AGM or fill in the proxy form...
