I'd say if they want the shareholders vote they'd better show us more than what they have this year. This is really getting quite concerning now, i have no idea what is going on with our ST prospects which will realistically buoy our SP in the midst of the silence. Management have done jack to keep shareholders in the loop all year round now they want to dilute our holdings and allow our SP to take a nose dive in order to raise capital to 'pursue its growth strategy with the flexibility to act quickly as potential business opportunities arise'. Who the hell are they kidding? Now unless they have good news on the way that will see our SP put on a decent run i'd say management have just given us all a slap on the wrist for investing in a company that does less for its shareholders as the activity in the background supposedly strengthens. Feel free to shoot me down here if i have let my emotions runs ahead of my logic.
