re: Ann: Notice of Annual General Meeting/Pro... Agree completely with you there on all counts. If they want to pursue new interests then they can give me an idea as to what these are - since they are new and it appears they want to have the option to bite should an opportunity arise, then obviously such opportunities don't have the same secrecy clauses they hide behind now. So much for an exciting year - they manage to say that 6 months back, then refuse to make any forward looking comments, and now want the cash for future as yet unknowns. One hell of a contradiction at work here. And what about all the cash in the bank many posters discussed as a reason for not requiring a cr. Unless there is some better rationale or information regarding current ventures, I will likely vote against all the motions including re-election. Why would anyone agree to a dilution when there isn't even the sniff of the promise there instead have to take it all on faith when history shows a dwindling level of communication, a deteriorating share price and an abysmal poster sentiment compared to a year or two back. And if the situation is no better in a year and they again move to increase the period for maturing options, I'm sure there will be more critics then. And that is me restraining my emotions...
