Poor Shareholders!!!!

It would appear that MDV directors have not done their DD on Republica very well.

ALL shareholders should read the Bird Cameron report very, very carefully.

NO Audited figures.

In the Portland overview they make a point of documentation not being quite right.

It seems that the majority of companies associated with Republica have one common shareholder and director (Tim Alford).

Over recent days we have seen the unfolding of the Banksia demise. Banksia has been operation for many, many years.
Yet MDV directors are recommending to shareholders to vote for the Republica deal.(A company in operation for less than 12 months).

Good Luck to genuine shareholders take a stand and vote NO.
