re: Ann: Notice of Annual General Meeting/Pro... Looks to me like plans are being laid for a 25% dilution (10% + 15%) which is the most that can be done without coming back to shareholders for approval. I am guessing if the board survive the spill, they will shortly thereafter dilute current shareholders to knock them on the head?
Also, curious comments regarding proxies directed to the chair (as most are) directing them NOT to direct the chair how to vote! What to make of that?
