I think it is bizarre in the circumstances.

Consider that a little over a year ago OVR had nearly HALF the cash it has today and it had an ACTIVE project and we were told: we have no plans of raising capital, we have enough capital to progress the permitting.

A short while later nearly $12 million was raised and burnt just prior to the project work being suspended.

So now we have a company with no active projects yet expenses have rocketed.

I have been wondering about this spill resolution and the 25% placement and I now expect the following scenario for OVR over the next 5 months.

1) No new projects will be vended into the company due to the risk the current board sees that it might lose control.

2) The spill resolution will get up (25% vote minimum) despite the chair indicating that shareholders *do not* need to direct how to vote. I expect the chair to vote all undirected proxies towards supporting the renumeration resolution.

3) The share price will be pressured to new lows sub 1c.

4) A dilutionary placement will take place shortly after the AGM at below 1c in order to raise 'working capital' and this will in effect place a large voting block of shares into friendly hands.

5) The spill will be called but will fail due to 50% vote needed to succeed and the new *friendly* block of shares voting to retain management. I also expect the chair to vote all undirected votes to retain management. Do not underestimate this power, as with 99% losses of capital most shareholders wont bother to engage themselves here.

6) After current management entrench themselves in their positions a new project will be vended into the company for another massive dilution sub 1c taking shares on issue to around 600 million to 1 billion shares on issue. This project will be 'very prospective'!

I have given these guys plenty of time over the last few years to deliver and enough is enough. I can see I am wasting my time and money.
