    re: Ann: Notice of Annual General Meeting/Pro... If they do a placement up to 25per cent under 1c the complaint will still have no money so it wouldnt surprise me to see a new project backed. Buy a cornerstone investor and a rights issue at a higher value say 3c or so I think no rush is the best solution for Ovr As waiting for the right project can be frustration for us and company
