re: Ann: Notice of Annual General Meeting/Pro... it was going to be a big ask to close at near 3.7 yesterday given the traders would want to close their positions prior to the weekend.
so now that it's nudged the down trend line twice - third time's a charm (hopefully).
given the dow closed flat, imo we'll see the action continue tomorrow and as the year ends given the "imminent" news that is forecast.
