re: Ann: Notice of Annual General Meeting/Pro... Good in the sense that it would create a market for the shares. Good if the share prices increases Bad if the share price drops. Actually a consolodation is probably the only way to get the sp off the very bottom rung as they need capital to advance the project and the only way to attract investors is to issue shares to them that are tradable. So bit of a catch 22 situation... consolidate and risk a drop in share price or don't consolidate and don't attract investment and probably end up winding up the company.
