I love the way they word the resolutions, especially in light of asking SH's to grant 2.5m performance rights depending on AMX SP and peer group comparisons:
Reasons for the Grant of Performance Rights
The Long Term Incentive Plan is aimed specifically at driving long term performance for shareholders,through a culture of employee share ownership and retention of executives, employees and staff.
The grant of Performance Rights encourages the Participating Grantees to have a greater involvement in the achievement of the Company’s objectives and to provide an incentive to strive to that end by participating in the future growth and prosperity of the Company through share ownership.
If the above is the case then I look forward to P Kitto exercising his 1.5m $1.50 options on 15 June 2013 to dirve the long term performance for SH's.
