re: Ann: Notice of Annual General Meeting/Pro... last years agm had about 8m votes against resolutions so one would expect a repeat this year for those same shareholders
add that to what my holding is and some people I know and well over 11m no votes = 22% of the required 50m quantity that I suggest above
avatar is the big holder and one assumes they will vote yes
