    re: Ann: Notice of Annual General Meeting/Pro... So it looks like they want to approve an additional 10% cap raising facility (On top of the existing 15%). That means they can raise 25% at any time without having to go to the shareholders for approval (provided the motion is passed at the AGM).

    If that is not an indication of their intent I don't know what is.

    Don't be surprised to see a new shareholder with 25% of the shares after the AGM. Either that, or Magna weighs in again.
