re: Ann: Notice of Annual General Meeting/Pro... On what basis are they offering shares and options to CEO?? Isn't 529K (including share payment) a year not enough? Is he running Macquarie Bank here? This is a joke handing out shares and options to CEO when share price has declined further. In my opinion, it's not Dash who was problem but this company's culture of burning shareholders hard earned money by paying enormous remuneration incentives.

No shares should be given until the share price moves into positive territory compared to past year.
