re: Ann: Notice of Annual General Meeting/Pro... I don't have a problem with a CR if it's a discounted share offer to shareholders and helps to avoid handing over more of the cash cow we call Perkoa. But if it's to issue shares to a select few then I'll vote against it and hope everyone else does. It's time BTR trusted it's owners (the shareholder) and stopped selling off the jewels to those that would gladly see us disappear into the hole they've just dug. I'd like the board to explain why we never get an explanation for the cost blowouts at Perkoa and delays to delivery of the second mill. I can't believe that in their meetings with the project manager they just accept being told that costs have blown out and equipment is delayed without asking why so why is it that we don't get the full story in their releases?
