re: Ann: Notice of Annual General Meeting/Pro... I think it's very disappointing again and have to agree with mr big. When Phil wrote this letter the sp was 4.9 cents. Two years later to the day it hit a low of 3.5 cents. I fail to see how these rewards are in line with shareholders returns. Yes, things are different now, they are a lot better.(dilution aside) All except the share price. Phil is paid handsomely for a company this size in the first place and rewards should be given in line with shareholders returns. Quite simply, when the sp advances past x for x amount of time then a certain amount are awarded and then have the next sp target for a reward. You can't reward directors for the sp going backwards during their tenor. It's all IMO only.
