What part of "Public" do you not understand?

You have it the wrong way around. If you want control, buy into private companies. (And try and pay yourselves millions in salary and see how far you get.)

"Public" companies are by definition meant to be democratic.

And what really bugs me is that small share holders like us just don't see it. Day after day we get screwed and instead of trying to do something about it, we keep looking for things that may go wrong.

Do you want to bet that your votes in rejecting the options will not get up? Even though any body with half a brain will vote against it?

Company Directors are a cliche club and we don't get a look in. Directors from superfunds and other institutions get to vote on issues affecting Directors of public companies. How many "no" votes do you see?
