re: Ann: Notice of Annual General Meeting/Pro... Let Simon walk. It is another example of incompetence from the board to even contemplate this resolution. Giving Simon an incentive is like rewarding your dog for crapping on your good sofa instead of your bed.
I have just sent my vote against the resolution. I too hope there are enough votes against to send a clear message!
