I note your frustration and have similar feelings.

One shareholder = one vote won't work however and may be undemocratic in truth. It would be open to corruption and meeting stacking. Imagine someone with one share having the same vote as someone investing millions. How easy it would be to stack meetings and even influence who sectors for little outlay.

As bad as it is the current system probably works best, but some tinkering to remove vested and conflicts of interest are required. More scrutiny to hold people to account as well.

I have voted no to most of the resolutions but like you don't expect much change.

I can't see why we need such a large Board and remuneration when there are only 12 employees (source annual report). The Board and Directors almost outnumber the staff!
