    re: Ann: Notice of Annual General Meeting/Pro... Only scanned the resolutions however no.13 caught my eye. If I have interpreted correctly it is to approve another 38m shares to be issued to sophisticated investors within 3 months of the AGM (in addition to the current CR).

    That's all fine, however it already sets the price at 16 cents rather than a traditional 5 day weighted price. Surely I have misunderstood, otherwise the pre drill run up will not get past 20 cents with so many cheap CR shares ready to be bought and dumped?

    Can someone please confirm that I have it wrong?
