I completely agree that timing is everything, however that is my concern.

I support the recent placement, however worried that we may be asked to approve another 38M shares at 16cents which will be shopped around during spud.

The approval will not happen until the AGM mid-June, right when excitement should be building. If my understanding is correct sophisticated investors will be selling into any SP increase, knowing they are guaranteed to pick up more 16 cent shares. At a minimum they definitely will not be buying, why would they with the promise of cheap CR shares?

Surely I am reading the resolution incorrectly, will look into further.
