re: Ann: Notice of Annual General Meeting/Pro... dolphin7 This is misleading and needs to be brought up at the meeting - the $5m capital raising announcement says extra 7.5m shares to be approved at the meeting (on top of the 23.6m issued at 16 cents),

but resolution 13 put to the meeting is for an extra 38.9 million shares at 16c to be issued within 3 months of the meeting date - and in resolution 14 David Wall is asking us to approve 1 million of these 16c shares for him (to be issued within 1 month of the meeting).

Surely the shares issued after the meeting should be linked to the share price at the time of issue, not 16c

Real snouts in the trough stuff at shareholders expense!
