In light of the dilution through placements that have taken place, should holders be taking a more critical look at Resolutions 5 and 6? For example, has the company 'earned' the flexibility (and support of holders) to be issuing employee incentive options (rather than on-market buying) and additional placements above the placement capacity of 15%?
