Well, if one thing....this Ann has definitely sparked a flurry of HC activity....

I tend to lean on the side of most that there needs to be justification of proposed resolutions.

Anyone who works for an annual salary (like most retail investors - SMSF's etc excluded as they manage their own destiny) need to show their employer how good their performance is each year to even anticipate a pay rise...I know I do.

I agree that Management appear to have done a solid job so far in getting PSY to this point however, we now need to see some tangible results to encourage ongoing support. I know if I don't deliver...I get a question from my Management and as a SH I don't feel it is disrespectful to expect the same from PSY.

Lets trust that there will be an additional Ann in coming days in line with Qtrly Report which will then justify these resolutions. BTW...still haven't seen any info on the site re the recent ASX Spotlight roadshow...anyone?
