Can anyone see who the Proxy nominee is in this document ?
I can't seem to find it, and am pretty sure the company must provide a name of a proxy nominee that proxy votes may be lodged by.
Who is the proxy nominee ?
Seems strange that last month we were told there are no Risk Management Policies, that it's up to the Mgr Dir, yet this time were told the Board oversees and develops and maintians Risk Management/Credit Risk policies......HUNH?
