Merger is off i'd guess, they can get back the 2mil deposit from from Hengda so they don't need cash. The Offtakes are still there. Concentrate on bringing the Macintosh online with scoping and Debt funded Capax.
The company needs to spend some time with its head down progressing and removing some uncertainty. No new raising required.
