    In principle I do not have a problem with issuing options to Directors as long as they are aligned to robust growth. I'm not sure if the formula is available but if it is tied to recent prices then this is not ideal IMO. If the price is set high and then achieved then this is good for shareholders. Would like to understand the option term/strike price.
