Had contacted him today. He said he will try his best to make it but not 100% sure at the moment . They are flat out with the move to the bigger location and finalising the listing. He might be needed in NY during that period for a few things. Besides that company in great shape- sales and customers all coming along nicely.
I will follow up in a couple weeks and see if things have changed.
