Thanks to everyone for their comments Im learning heaps. I can understand what everyone is saying.

To put a different light on it, I always though that the Executive Chairman set the conditions when it came to AGM's and other stuff like that. I can't see NC putting together a NOM like that, not to mention It would have to be the last thing on his mind. If he is putting that together, then the only comment I would make is what the hell does the Chairman do at AJX to warrant his increases.

I can see how staff should gets the perks, because they all provide growth, so I don't have much to argue with there.. Anyway, Im not familiar enough with the process to really understand so Im just looking at it practically as in who deserves what. I Have no issue ticking YES to incentives for all, but maybe this is a question for the Chairman?

Anyway... I might be way way off, and Im sorry if I am. Im happy for CONSTRUCTIVE guidance, not the destructive stuff.
