YRR is an Australian vanadium company so the name says it all. It's a name the company can grow into so won't need to change again in the future.

The bar has been set low for the performance shares as the 2012 JORC resource and measured resource should've already been released prior to the AGM, which would've probably increased the sp anyway. The first tranche are basically a give-away, the second tranche may require a positive flow of news to hold the sp above 3c, which is likely to happen over the next few months.

I will vote yes to all resolutions and am not bothered by the delays, but would've preferred more onerous hurdles for the performance shares. Performance shares should be issued for creating outstanding wealth for shareholders, not for just doing what you get paid to do. So far they haven't done anything other than what's expected.
