I read the remuneration report and I don't see a 30% pay increase, they were paid less in 2015 compared to 2014, actually close to a 50% cut. I also read the details of the incentive plan. Basically if the share price goes over $1.48, Ken gets 500,000 multiplied by the amount above $1.48 and David gets 1,000,000 multiplied by the same amount. They can receive this in shares or cash. These share appreciation rights vest in 3 years. I also find this fair.
Am I missing something?
