Your figures are correct. They can elect to receive the cash or the same value in shares. I do believe the other annual incentive plans still apply but from memory they need to achieve a EBITDA of AUD$15M in FY15/16 for them to be fully realized.

Whilst it does seem unfair that the executives are establishing new incentive plans each year without paying dividends, at least their targets are fair. The EBITDA target of $5M in FY14/15 was not fair but I let that one go because these guys deserved a (emphasis on singular here) reward for sticking with NTC for so many years.
