They appear to have locked in a very generous bonus for 2018 regardless of profitability and dividend. The cost of these bonuses will continue to strip profits out of the company. They are being very strategic about this. At some point share holders will say enough is enough.

Does anyone have comparisons of directors renumeration for similar companies.

I believe this renumeration package is excessive and will vote against it. Perhaps the directors can convince me otherwise?
