I'm not sure. Looks more like house keeping/listing rules stuff to me. Esp. once you read the details and note the ASX rules for the update. There has been plenty of capital destruction going on here, however my gut feeling is we've seen the bottom and cfe won't need to raise funds.

All we need is for ts to loosen his grip, take a hefty pay cut and get a new cornerstone investor in to buy the overhang stock and then we're off again. Buy, Renovate and Flick still a winning strategy, even in a crappy market.

Still, there are a number of 'unknowns' floating out there. Tempted to buy a few more at this level, but I probably won't unless the price comes back a little more (the risk is it won't!).
