These items are ratification of prior share issues, not planning future capital raising. Just means the full 25% of new shares can be issued should the need arise (subject to approval of resolutions 4 to 6).
Having said that, if there is to be another raising, it had better be for something that significantly adds value to the company and not for general admin. I also hope we mere mortals get another bite of the cherry. Perhaps try raising at a premium and throwing in some free options?
I would also urge management to get some real and detailed information out as regards the status of mining, processing, AISC, production guidance and where the company is headed well before any CR plans are released.
Does anyone find it curious the AGM is planned for the day before the court mediation session for MLX/TAM?
