I'll start off by saying that I've been really impressed with Thompson as an MD, but 4.5 m options ? Let's just put that in perspective. That's just a tad shy of 3.25 % of the entire company as it stands today. I'm all for reward, but that smacks of what we see with so many listed companies today - get your snout in the trough. I'm with DJ - cash is transparent, and not dilutive. Very disappointed.
