He may be a great MD but he is remunerated well already for that. He has 14 mil shares so grow the company to $500mil+ market cap as is the plan and he makes $50m is that not encouragement enough! Why is 4500000 more shares needed, just greed. Where is he going to go? Sure major shareholders will not put up with this distraction every 12 months where he has his hand out again. Turn some $$, stick to the plan and we all succeed. He needs to get focused. Too much time on planes planes playing with figures and putting more funds into accountants back pockets planning his remuneration strategies. I'm a very long term holder and find this ridiculous strategy. Again just greed.
