Thoughts anyone?
I've never seen a successful share consolidation (mind you, I've only ever been involved in 2). On both those occasions, it just gave the share price more space to fall down in to. The only upside of being 0.001 is that it can't get any lower - but if you do a consolidation, of course it can.
Thoughts on directors taking shares in lieu of consulting fees? I hope that 'consulting fees' are not in addition to remuneration.
