Well said Cara.
I can't help but wonder how little attention is put on the time aspect of this type of contract, yet it should be paramount and should have non performance penalities. Thing up our capital for years of non performance is very damaging to our company and its shareholders.
Perhaps the only contingent benefit could be that some sense finally comes back into the oil price.
