I wonder if all those permits have a 10 year term ?
If so, and working backwards from the stated expiration dates, Talitha -2 (expires 31-01-2025) would still be eligible for the 75% tax rebate if its drilled in 2016. Also a small area just NE of the Alkaid commercial area would still be eligible.
Everything else would appear to be past the years one and two for the 85-75% rebate.
Anyway, as you previously suggested, there could be case for drilling Talitha-2 by 2016 to get the 75% rebate .
Anyway, all that assumes the permits are 10 year terms and that I'm not color blind in working out whats what with those 3 shades of blue
