Well that's the question isn't it? When the 2c raise proposal was announced the share price reached 1.7c from memory, only less than 20% below 2c. If it falls to 4c post consolidation then that is also 20% below new raise proposal. Which is why I said I am feeling another case of de javu. I hope they have the announcements to back up the required raise this time around.
