Leng, these companies exist for only one reason. They are loss making start ups with unserviceable debt exploited systematically by those in control to the financial benefit of only those in control and related parties. All paid for by the shareholder.

The insolvency warnings plastered on every second page are real and there for all to heed. The interest alone on the Kopex debt is insurmountable . The Board have all profited year in year out and will continue with the same "business plan" for as long as they can.

It's hard not to be cynical but it's blatantly obvious at the same time
