Mtom I am intersested in which bit was "uninformed rubbish" as still being a shareholeder with a few million shares I am honestly hopeful they will not end up worthless. I actually only quoted dircetly from section 5 and 6 of the announcement that one director was to recieve 40 Million ordinary shares for negotiating the ($1m plus agreement and 19.7 Million shares for consultancy or similar. (There are other lesser amounts for others). At current value 1 cent per share that is $ 597,000 and of course if they are indeed to grow potentially considerably more . That just seems a lot. If I have misread the announcement please tell me and I will happily resind. I do appreciate that it is very hard to secure any funding but this seems like a very substantial reward. There has been (based on prior annoucements) no other activity in the company as all drilling etc has stopped etc so seeking Finance would seem to be the primary rather than an extraordinary role. By anyones degree the ongoing dilution in the company share value has been substantial - and I am ignoring the share price drop- not unusual either with miners last few years as we all know.

Re your suggestion ringing the director for a chat by rights it shouldnt really help me gleem any more valuable information and as you said he has just substantiated whats there. When I read the announcement and the substantial share allocations it just made me realise just how valueless my poultry few million shares are now worth. Hence my frustratation at the large awards

I also struggled to gleem form the annoucement any more than a stay of execution but with poker I am the first to say "stay in the game as long as you can" as you can always come back. Hence I am pleased that you ( and I note you have had skin in the game for a while ) are still optimistic.
