In answer to your query - yes, we are expecting some formative news regarding the Company before year end. We were actually expecting some relevant newsflow somewhat earlier - but things have been held up a little more than expected due to the process of legal review, document preparation etc.

In a nutshell our comments made during the investor call earlier this year, and contained in the recent 4C, are to the best of our knowledge still valid."

On the back of this I'm expecting that an update regarding the negotiations is still imminent before year-end, perhaps even before the AGM. To date the directors have always delivered on their promises and I expect it will be no different this time round.
