Resolution 5 – Change of Company name

To consider and if thought fit, to pass, with or without amendment, the following resolution as a special resolution: “That for the purposes of s157(1)(a) of the Corporations Act 2001 and for all other purposes, the Company change its name to ‘AustSino Resources Group Limited’.”


Interesting choice of name though......
