Whether this is a good amount of coin or not, 3.6c is a serious low ball offer on a stock that as of yesterday was trading at an intra-day high of 4.4c.
Moreover, we have been told we are funded until after spud. Hell, getting up to the fully funded "status" was the justification for the last 11m that went into the coy coffers with the 2x USA insto placement,
Then we buy up more land, and now go to the market in the pre-spud wait and see phase for a huge discount on the trading price - for what?
I cannot for the life of me see the need for this, especially after being told as much by the BoD as recent as last week.
I please ask those attending the AGM next week to ask some pertinent and probing questions re this decision, and attempt to hold them to account.
