Are you blokes joking? Reg Nelson for a hundred gorillas? He's probably worth 10 times that. Even if they are increased, these fees are modest to say the least.
What do Directors do? For starters, they go to jail, sunshine, if they screw up. FAR is currently a $450-odd million publicly listed company with all the attendant responsibilities that entails. These Directors are making sure your capital gets put to good use and hopefully produces a handsome return - in an industry, I might add, where piranhas are ever ready to strip your flesh. I'm happy to pay good money to get good operators.
Forgive them, Reg, for they know not what they do.
